Here’s a simple breakfast, snack, or dessert recipe that’s perfect to enjoy as the weather starts to warm up. Starting with the basics of yogurt, a drizzle of honey, add fruit, nuts or granola of choice, coconut, and sprinkle on any additions you like such as chia seeds.

Try this easy and delicious recipe for breakfast, afternoon snack, or dessert. Just like classic ambrosia with fruit, coconut, nuts, and whipped cream, you can use plain yogurt and honey to sweeten, then add whichever additional toppings you like.


Ambrosia Yogurt Cups

  • 1/2-1 cup yogurt, plain
  • Drizzle of honey
  • 1/4 of an apple, diced
  • 1/4 of citrus fruit, grapefruit or orange
  • 1/2 banana, sliced
  • Sprinkle of nuts, almonds, walnuts, or pecans
  • Sprinkle of muesli granola cereal
  • Sprinkle of coconut flakes, sweetened or unsweetened
  • Sprinkle of chia seeds

  1. Drizzle honey over yogurt, then layer remaining ingredients.
