Cucumber Chive Cream Cheese Sandwich
- 4 slices soft, white or wheat bread, toasted
- 4 oz (1/2 package) of cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chive
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Splash tabasco sauce (optional)
- 1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
Cucumber Chive Cream Cheese Sandwich
- Mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise, chive, salt, pepper, and tabasco.
- Layer each sandwich with toasted bread slice, cream cheese mix, and cucumber.
- Cut sandwiches into tea-sized portions and store wrapped in foil until ready to serve.
