Homemade Tortillas | Erica Robbin

Fresh, hot, homemade tortillas are the best.
So soft, so yummy. Mine are not as round as my mom’s but… they’re still delicious with a pat of butter, with jelly, with chile, whatever your heart’s content.
I know a few versions of tortilla recipes and this is just one of them. This one is light and fluffy, especially if you cook them on a higher heat for a very short amount of time.
