Here is a review of the reading challenge I completed for 2018! I started on Goodreads in March and have thoroughly enjoyed the way it allows you to be able to easily access, organize, and shelve all the books you’re wanting to read.
I focused my challenge on quality over quantity and I tried to get out of my comfort zone by exploring genres outside of my typical love for historical nonfiction. I joined a few book clubs, participated in a read-a-thon, and started doing book reviews which have all been a lot of fun.
Though I typically prefer prints, I did read several on digital format and listened to quite a few audiobooks which is unusual for me. And I am so amazed at how talented some of these voice actors are! That really would be such a fun job. I also found a site called Libro.fm, which has a wonderful selection of audiobooks and helps you in supporting your local bookstore.
Without further ado, I read so many amazing books this year and I’m excited to share them with you so here is my book journey for 2018:

Haha, I like that last part. Let me know about your reading challenges for 2018 and if you have read or plan to read any of the books on my list in the comments below!
Happy reading!
