Review
PORCELAIN ARTIST; VOLUME 25 NUMBER 3; JANUARY 1985 by Dianne A. Editor; Porcelain Art Teachers WaltersMy rating: 5 of 5 stars
A great little booklet that was originally made for teaching student artists how to paint on porcelain. I used it for learning to paint flowers with watercolor, acrylic, and oil media. Highly recommend to anyone.
The Story
It contained a variety of flower types including various colors of roses and lilies which was both inspiring and fascinating to study the color, values, and texture of each brush stroke technique to create flower heads, leaves, stems, and backgrounds.
The Writing
Easy to follow instructions and wonderful illustrations, great for inspiration.
Unfortunately this one is out of print.
