- 5.3 oz box (150g) crackers, crisps, or dried bread (I really like Trader Joe’s Fig and Olive Crips for these, they add just a bit of sweetness)
- 5 oz chèvre (goat’s milk cheese)
- 4 oz smoked salmon
- Sprigs of fresh dill
