Sourdough and Muenster Cheese Toasts

  • 2-4 slices of sourdough
  • 2-4 tablespoons butter, unsalted
  • Garlic salt
  • 2-4 slices of muenster cheese

Sourdough and Muenster Cheese Toasts

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (177 C).
  2. Spread butter on each bread slice half.
  3. Sprinkle garlic salt, lightly on top of each half.
  4. Top each half with a slice of cheese.
  5. Bake slices on a cookie sheet at 350 degrees F (177 C) for about 10-12 minutes, until cheese is melted and golden.
