Absolutely heavenly!

This creamy, warm, cozy, slightly sweet version of peppermint tea is now my favorite way to enjoy it.

The inspiration for this tea comes from a local coffee shop that offers a milk and tea concoction which combines frothed milk and peppermint tea. It sounded easy to make as well as creamy and delicious so I thought I’d give it a try and make some at home.

I also just happened to have some tea that came with a current book club kit inside our Life’s Library Book Club parcel. The sachet we received is Pacific Coast Mint Tea from Art of Tea, described as tisane, sharp, smooth, and refreshing, and boy is it good!

I didn’t have any regular dairy milk on hand so I used vanilla almond milk and topped it off with Homemade Whipped Cream.

Turned out absolutely delicious!
