A Movie and Table for One?

Day 31 of Bloganuary! The last day!

This post is my response to the question “What’s the thing you’re most scared to do? What would it take to get you to do it?” A list of the writing challenges can be found here.

There is not much I am scared of. I mentioned the ways I am brave in last year’s prompt How are You Brave? Then mentioned in passing what I could never do in last year’s prompt as well, My Favorite Part About Myself.

The two things I am most scared to do, which I haven’t done since the prompt last year either are, I would never eat by myself in a restaurant unless it’s the hotel café on a business trip. I also would never sit alone in a movie theater.

Many of my friends, both married and single do this. Regularly. I can’t figure it out.

When they want to go out to see a movie or try at new restaurant, they’ll just go. All by themselves.

Nope, not me.

Movie Tickets

Pick any Seat in the House

Get your drink and popcorn!

Table or a Booth?

Mama’s Fish House, Maui, Hawaii

What would it take for me to sit all alone in a movie theater or restaurant? I couldn’t tell you.

Well, this is the last post for Bloganuary, it’s been fun! I enjoyed reading everyone’s posts and I hope you enjoyed mine!
